How to earn different skill points?

So I have a pretty good idea that you get intellectual (pencil) skil points when you go to "Work", meaning school and you seem to get social (flower) skill points for connecting with other people or workin got school, but how exactly do you earn the creativty (star) points and how can I get more?

Here's a list of how you can get all the points:

1. Jump Rope- random points

2. Mimic- random points

3. Shape- intellectual points (pencil)

4. Dance- artistic points (star)

5. Flag- kindness/social (flower)

So in short, the dance game gives you star points.
