How to get a Pyonkotchi?

Has anyone gotten a Pyonkotchi? If so, how did you treat your Tamagotchi before it became one? Did you not work on improving a certain Skill Category? Or slightly abuse its needs? What did you do?

I'm trying to get a Pyonkotchi, and am hoping that some people can share tips on what I should do to get onei.

To get Pyonkotchi you must make sure your tamagotchi is a female, and they can either come from high weight, neglect, or low skill points.

I got mines from low skill points :\.
