How many art/fashion points do u need to get a memetchi

To get a Memetchi on the V4, you have to have a girl Tama. From whatever toddler you have, you have to get either Young Memetchi or Ichigotchi. From there, make sure your teenager gets most points in Arts/Fashion. My advice is to get your Arts/Fashion points above 50.
