well first u have to keep ecclent care of ure bby. play with it the hole time untill u get the toddler. make sure ure toddler is mizutamatchi ( the icecream shaped 1 ) then wen that is done u have to make sure u get a hintotamatchi. (the firey 1). keep good care of it. dont keep playing with it. u gotta only use it wen it needs attention..

and that mi friend is how to get a dorotchi.

Also I am sorry to say that I did not follow your steps and I got it.

There is no way to get a certain character!!!

And this probably will work. And, did you say that you can only get Dorotchi on a Even generation number?
