How to increase Tamagotchi famlitchi V5 bond %

I have a Tamagotchi Familitci V5 but I don't know how to increse the bond percentage, someone please help!

At 10:30 A.M, 12 P.M, 2 P.M, 4 P.M, and 6 P.M, your V5 will call for attention. You'll know because the sixth icon, or the first in the second row, will light up. This is your cue to go to that icon and select one of the training items. Remember, the items you choose affect the growth of your Tamagotchi.

First items are the Mame, or Smart, family items.

Second items are the Meme, or Cheerful, family items.

Third items are the Kuchipa, or Easy Going, family items.
