How to lower the stress level

Well one day my Tamagotchi had a lot of stress because I connected games a lot with my sister's Tamagotchi and it lost a lot so it gained stress. I didn't know what to do. I tried feeding it, playing games, but nothing worked. I was messing around with it and I found out that if you just randomly praise it (it dosen't have to be doing something good) it looses stress. The more stress your Tamagotchi has the more you have to praise it. Maybe it's a glitch on my Tamagotchi or something, I don't know. I want you guys to try it and comment about it.

you could also play with your toy you just go to the smiley face wit a bubble and press play a lot of times and then his stress goes down to zero

Playing games with it also lowers the stress.

I play games to reduce stress, and my Tama's points are in the 800's. He isn't even an adult yet XD.
