my sukatchi marrys a flowertchi and has tama-babys :mimitchi: but the babys didnt evolve into a flowertchi and a kizutchi!! Were did i go wrong?

You have to have their bonding up to 100% at the time of marriage!

You did it backwards. It has to be your Flowertchi receiving a Sukatchi for mating.
