I can't see my parent anymore on my v3!?

My v3 tama just turned into an adult, but now I can't see who my parent was! It just won't let me! Why is this happening? Does it only save one parent at a time? Does this mean I can't visit my parent in tamatown anymore? How are people supposed to visit their grand parent if they can't even visit their parent?

The last icon should show you if I remember correctly.

Otherwise, you "can" visit tamatown v3. Although I am not sure if it is active or not.

I had this happen to me too. What I did was I took the battery out and then put it back in. Turns out there was something inbetween the battery and the tamagotchi. This may not be the case for you, but this is what happened for me.
