i didn't get a phone?

i entered the code for the RARE CELL PHONE, but all it gave me was a CD3... i bouoght it, and entered the code again, but it gave me the CD3 again! did i do something wrong??? my tama is an adult, but it's on it's 2nd generation, could that have something to do with it? Please help!?!
