I want to resize an image so it can be my avatar but I don't know how to. Help would be awesome.

I copy an dpate it to a word document and do it like that XD

As you might be able to tell, I'm not good with stuff like that XD

go to photobucket and click on edit image

You could paste the image in paint, select 'Image' and then 'Stretch/Skew', and skew it to your needs,
