I got water in the buttons!

i was washing dishes and on the side was having my tama, ulala, play that game bump, i must've gotten water in the buttons cuz when i finished the buttons were pressing on their own, it wont stop, i opened the back, but i cant open the whole thing cuz i dont have that tiny screw driver.. i dont really know what to do... any help out there? :'(

if you get A LOT of water, it will lose its memory and the screen will turn very blurry. did lots of water get on it?

I accidently droped mine in a glass of water so I let it sit for a day any went back to normal
