It should take a day, sometimes 2 days. Tamas age one year every day usually.

Yes, some people don't know some things you may know and think are obvious.

One Tama year is equal to 24 hours unpaused time in real life. Of course if you pause it, for 3 hours and it was supposed to evolve around 12, then it will probably evolve around 3.

One tama year is 1 day (24hrs.) with your tama being unpaused. In other words, 1 tama day=24hrs. unpaused
