I have no idea what this is

Ok I apologize if this has come up before, but I've looked at growth charts and I can't find what Tama I have. I have a Tamagotchi Connection, it's white with green buttons and green stripes, I don't think that makes a difference, anyway...Last time I play I had a mimitchi, but I started over today. The egg hatched into a blob, but five minutes later it turned into this:

Does anybody know what it is? And why it changed after only five minutes of being hatched?
