Admin doesn't let us.

Only the Administrator can choose if members can use personal photo.

some people u press on the profile and it shows personal photo

You need to go to photo album in Fun stuff press "UP LOAD YOUR ARTWORK!" click Browse pick a pic click submit DONE!
