Ok, this is something I just now figured out, here are the steps to the process:

Step 1: Have a male and a female tamagotchi

Step 2: Connect them a lot when they are teens.

Step 3: When they evolve into adults, make sure their friend status is 4 hearts.

Step 4: Keep connecting the adults between ages 6-8 and when they mate, they can have 2 boys or 2 girls. Mayeb even 1 boy and 1 girl, but that's rare.

Once you have them mate, 1 will live with the father for 2 days, once they leave, you got yourself a pair of twins! They may not evolve alike but to me, I think they are twins.

Hope it works for you!

Generally, by "twins" one assumes two identical characters living in the same Tamagotchi shell. Such "twins" are a myth, except for the Futagotenshi character on the Angelgotchi / Tamagotchi Angel.

Howerver, I get your meaning (such as these Oyajitchi brothers: https://www.tamatalk.com/IB/index.php?act=p...id=1833&count=y), but if they turn out to be different adults, do you still consider them to be "twins".

Oh, well, to me, they are twins because they are both from the same parents. But I guess that's true too. I just think they are twins because I mated them together and thy had 2 boys/girls.

But Oyjiatchis are adults :(

Like Binary pointed out, there are twins on the Angelgotchi, and I recently saw that on a Mothra Tamagotchi Growth Chart, that there are also a twin characters.
