I think you tell somebody. If your parents are very close to you, (if you consedier them your friends) you should tell them. But you can tell the person you trost the most or to your closest friend. Be careful, I know some people that say they are your friend keep telling on what you say too them.

Then if you don't know the boy, don't tell him directly, send a letter. If you are friend of the boy, Tell him directly like:

... I want to say you something ... And you go on.
