I need BIG TIME help please!

I am a new user... I got my Tamagotchi last night. My poor little girl is NOT happy at all. She has zero happy hearts. I try to make her happy by playing games, but each time I try to play a game she shakes her head no. So I tried praising her and then punishing her, but now she is in a bad mood and won't respond to anything. What can I do?

yeah and if u give a child tama or a yeen tama too maby sweets it will get a toothake

to make it play games you have to feed it snacks.....if its underweight it won't play
