I noticed something with the pause feature

I know I'm stupid, but if i put my tamagotchis on pause like during an 8 hour work day, and i had one on for 24 hours once b/c I had to go to a wedding and stuff, that it pauses their life cycle, too. Like they don't age while they're on pause... But the clock keeps going...

It pauses their life cycle,so yes,they dont age thats the reason of pause,to pause your tamagotchi so it doesnt do things like poop 8 times,lol,and yes the time still keeps going so it wont ssleep at the set time,or it wont poop at the right time
