I bought a ticket to Hawaii from the shop.

But my tama never took the trip (automatically, like the guide says), and we never received a password.

Now I'm down 2000 gotchi points and kind of steamed.

Help!

its in your items, find it and click on it and it will go.

first of all your tamagotchi must be an adult to be able to use the ticket. when you are an adult, you will be able to use the ticket.go to the items and pick the ticket. your tamagotchi will go on the trip for several seconds and your tamagotchi will come back with a password. have pencil and paper ready. you enter the password in tamatown in the travel agency then they will give you another password for your tamagotchi. write that password down. go to the games icon and go down to where it says password and enter the password and you will get a souvineer.

I figured that one out too...just keep the ticket and once your Tama hits adulthood, it could take the trip.
