I'm getting a 4u! Is there anything i should know?

hi there everyone so, i didn't get a 4u for christmas, but just yesterday my Mom bought me one on ebay. it already shipped too! this is my first color tamagotchi so im really excited!

but i dont know japanese or anything so is there anything i should know before i use it?
