I have a Charatchi!!​

So all my connections worked this time! \o/

Right now I'm working on finding a pet for him - I want to maybe keep him a few extra days than I normally do, too, because it took so much more effort to get him, and because he's just plain stinkin' adorable! I'll be posting later.

So, Charatchi and I decided to go to the park to see if we could find him a pet!

At first, no one was there, and he was pretty upset about it

But luckily, we came back and met Kiraritchi. She asked him to go on a date with her, but he respectfully declined; he just wasn't ready for love at that minute.

Then there's this thing:

It's like some awkward cross between the Easter Bunny and a pidgeon. So that was fun.

And then, he met Stargirltchi

They hit it off pretty well, so he agreed to go on a date with her.

Until eventually, she got her nerve up and just asked him to marry her!!

But Charatchi was not up for that level of commitment yet; he didn't want to be one of the next stars on Teen Moms!! So he declined..

She was upset at first, but she forgave him pretty quickly.. I have no idea what was going on with my screen in that picture, btw; must be some sort of glitch.

Also, has anyone else noticed that Charatchi's face is like forever caught in this sort of "winking" state?! And if he's not winking, he has this sort of scowl on? So, I have decided that Charatchi is, indeed, what we would call a "player".

Finally, we met who we originally went to the park for. I seriously must have went like 50 times before I met up with this guy three times:

MEET SUNNYTCHI!! ​

This little guy is just adorable - just a "little ray of sunshine", you might say ​

I'm assuming that the random date I set my tama to just happens to be at Sunnytchi's birthday today - that was a pleasant surprise, to see it all decorated when he woke up this morning. We took a step outside for some fresh air, and we found that our seed had finally bloomed into a wonderful new toy~

I don't know that I really want to try for a certain character this time - I'm just gonna see what the luck of the draw gives me. ^_^

Charatchi was super dirty this morning - so we started the day off with a bath.

There he goes with that winking thing again; he is so suave.

We then set out to find 3 of his puzzle pieces - woohoo! First stop was the Music Cafe; he wanted to try the iced coffee.

and what do you know - it gave him his first puzzle piece!

Next was the Tama Mori shop - he wanted to try on some new shades.

and then the second puzzle piece magically appeared:

we took the shades off before doing anything else, though, because I thought he looked ridiculous.

Next up was the Tama Depo; Charatchi wanted a mirror to watch himself wink with

only, to my surprise, there was no winking!! Just this weird animation where he sort of cloned himself:

ah, there's the wink.. I was starting to get worried.

Everyone, meet Meistertchi

He evolved late last night. I think he kind of looks like a gangsta, but whateva. I'll probably work on his happy symbols tomorrow night.

Charatchi has all 4 puzzle pieces now!

I'll probably let him breed later tonight - I figure it's about time. I get sort of bored lol.

I kind of feel like I've barely had time to breathe in my life right now, so I haven't really posted here.

I did choose to have Meistertchi mate, even though I never got all his happy symbols, because I heard that there are oldies in this version.

So we went to the matchmaker to find his mate, and this is who we chose:

Then he had a baby girl:

I didn't get a lot of pictures at this time, but the baby girl grew into a UFOtchi, then a Morutchi, and finally a Madonnatchi

My life should be slightly better, until I leave for California next week, so hopefully I'll update this more this week.

Finally decided it was time to let Charatchi go into the world today. We went to the park to find his beloved Stargirltchi

They went on another final date, where they had a heartfelt chat about their feelings on a bench. Then, he proposed.

They had a great church wedding, and not too long after, they had a baby boy!

The boy is now in my care, and what a fine boy he is! He even cleans the kitchen!

Not before long, my new baby boy grew into a Turtletchi!!

** L.I.F.E. **

So, I decided to get this new LIFE app thingy on my iPhone this morning; I figured I would post my experiences with it here for those who don't have any tablets/smartphones, or for those who are simply curious. To sum it up, it pretty much follows the original 1997 Tamagotchi quite closely.

I downloaded the app and it took me through a sort of tutorial (which I pretty much skipped, but it was a nice thought). When it was over, this is what I had:

and then, it hatched!!

good ol' Babytchi! Haven't seen one of these in a while.

I also decided to see what some of those other things on the top were, too. It seems you can change the shell (button in the middle w/ the tama on it):

and also you can see which Tamagotchi characters you have already raised (the button on the right w/ the notebook)

Babytchi was pretty hungry and unhappy, so I decided to feed him (there is a simple MEAL and SNACK option, like on the early Tamas) and play a game!

The game is the exact same one that is on the P1 - you have to try to guess which direction your Tamagotchi will go by pressing the A and B (left and middle) buttons on the tama. If you guess right, Tama will be happy. If you guess wrong, your Tama will be sad. You do this 5 times.

then it shows the score out of 5 at the end of the game:

I think it's supposed to be Tama vs. You, but he is happier when he wins.. so I just try to let him win.

Just like a lot of the vintage tamas, this little guy got sick right before he grew, also:

Now I have myself a Marutchi:

I also wanted to see what the magnifying glass does - apparently it just gets rid of the tama shell and makes everything get bigger.

When the shell is visible, they call it "toy version", and when it's not, they call it "app version".

The app version has a different game, though!

It's the same concept as rock, paper, scissors, best out of 5. Your tama cycles through the three options suuuuper fast, and you have to pick one and try to pick the winning option.

That's basically it - it's a pretty simple app. I do like having the actual egg better, though - maybe it's just me.

My little boy is all grown up since I last updated!

Since I've already gotten Kuchipatchi, I decided to have him just go ahead and mate.

He went on a few dates with Kiraritchi before they mated.. I'm guessing that when a tama is not a tamatomo yet, they cannot marry, but just mate with each other, because it doesn't show the whole marriage cut-scene thingy.

Got all of Madonnatchi's happy symbols!!

Not gonna lie, I was pretty excited to have her get married, so I hopped right to it.

Aren't they just so cute together?

Then, they had a baby boy:

who soon grew into one of my personal favorites, Daiyatchi!

It's late, so Daiyatchi is sleeping now - but I'm sure lots of fun shall ensue tomorrow! ^^

P1's are so messy!! I didn't check on him for a couple of hours, and this is what I come back to:

The discipline bar seems to go up pretty easily compared to others as well

Not too shabby, I say. Honestly, I just like how much easier it is for me to take pictures.

Hey everyone! So, as you can see, it's been a while since I've been on here, and also a while since I've done anything Tamagotchi-related. I'm hoping to get back into it a bit, at a slightly slower pace, since I have a lot of other things going on in my life right now which are more pressing.

I decided to start up the P's against first, and started right back up where I left off.

**White P's**

Apparently my Pinkubotchi had grown all the way into a Himespetchi since my last log update. She already had her puzzle piece for being full grown for 48 hours, so all there was to do was to get the other three.

I started with giving her the lab coat, which gave her one puzzle piece.

Next she played with the mirror, and a pretty adorable cutscene then ensued, resulting in the third puzzle piece.

Last on the agenda was a health drink from the Music Cafe, which she shared with Mametchi. This resulted in the fourth and final puzzle piece.

With her four puzzle pieces, my Himespetchi is ready to get married and begin the rest of her life, hopefully leaving behind a brand new bundle of.. er.. pixels? Here are her stats:

More updates will come later when I figure out who I want to try to mate her with? Idk, I kind of don't remember a lot of aspects of tama-playing, but I'm sure I will get back up to speed soon enough.

Ok, so I was unable to find a guide that says what characters appear in the park at what time, so I decided to find out on my own.

From 10 AM - 1 PM, your can meet both Takutotchi (left) and Knightchi (middle) in the park. You can also meet a non-date-able character, Okaytchi (right),

You can also find the pet, Furirabutchi (left) at that time, as well as an unknown brown pet-looking thing (right). If anybody knows the name of this guy, let me know.

From 1 - 4 PM you can meet Atchitchi (left), Mogumogutchi (middle) and Hanafuwatchi (right), though I am not sure if Hanafuwatchi is eligible to date.

As for pets, Yamecantchi shows up at this time.

From 4 - 7 PM, Spacytchi (left), Kuchipatchi (middle), and Ms. Trimmertchi (right) come around. I do not believe Ms. Trimmertchi is eligible to date, which is quite a relief, since I find her to be rather creepy-looking.

The pets which show at this time are Rinsutchi (left), Monatotchi (middle), and a purpleish non-adoptable pet. If you know its name, please let me know.

From 7 - 10 PM, Charatchi (left), Shirimotchi (middle), and Melodytchi (right) will make their appearances. I do not believe Melodytchi is eligible to date either.

The pet, Chapitchi (left), comes around at this time, as well as some sort of snail non-pet. If you know the name of this little guy, let me know.

So, there you have it. Those were all the park characters I could find, and the times which they appear. Maybe that will help somebody else out so they don't have to go on a wild goose chase like I did. If anyone finds anything different out, please let me know!

During my park adventure, my Himespetchi met a cute little Furirabutchi and was able to take her home after a few visits.

She also ended up going on a date with Takutotchi because I was not paying attention and carelessly spamming the middle button. Oops. Ah well, they were kind of cute anyways. If only he would just lose the hat.

Takutotchi was no match for the beloved (and charming) Charatchi, however, and they went on their first date in no time. They went to the beach, and he splashed her, which she didn't like too much. All was forgiven quickly, though, and they looked rather adorable together.

They met in the park for a third time, and he asked her on a second date. Of course she was lovestruck, and she immediately said yes. They went to an ice cream parlor, and since Tamagotchis have no reservations about rushing into things, he asked her to marry him right after, and of course the answer was yes.

A baby was soon had, and it wasn't long before Himespetchi went wherever Tamagotchis go when they leave their kids behind. Yay! I have a brand new baby boy.

Ok, so after a few games my baby boy was quite tired and took a nap for an hour.​

When he woke up, he grew into Mitsumarushi!

If Himespetchi were here, I'm sure she would be very proud. Anyways, we decided to go do some redecorating.

Once that was done, he went to daycare. Partly because I couldn't remember what all the buttons did exactly, and partly because it just sounded like fun. So that is where he is currently, before I put him to sleep in order to go to work.

I'm hoping to grow him into a Nandetchi, though I'm not sure if I should do it the natural way or the special growth way. I feel like the special growth way will be "safer" and more guaranteed, but it also might be more tedious. I also don't like missing cares on purpose, though, so that would be a plus. I'll probably decide tomorrow, when he grows into a teenager, because I like to procrastinate.
