Sorry,but he isen't.
Nikatchi in the V3 is said to be a bad health teen,but don't worry.You can change that around,treat excellent care and you could get a good character even though Nikatchi is a bad character.

Hi there,
Well he is kind of bad you must of not played with your tama that much or feed it went its hungry. You should try and play with your tama more next generation then you can get a cool teen! When you have a cool teen it ussaly means you get a cool adult so try to take more care of your tama next time! See you around
