Is Ichigotchi In the V.4?

.......Today I was Playing with my V.4 and I was Playing MIMIC and I saw I was Playing against Ichigotchi? But I have the V.4 Character List and Ichigotchi Isn't on there?

Ichigotchi is on the V.4 coz i got her once! i first got her on the V.1 and u could get her on most versions!
