He's not available as a raisable character on any Tamagotchi model that I know of.

My v6 married a nazotchi. But that's only because she married my v5, and when the dad came over, he was a nazotchi because his character is not on the v6, apparently. Other than that, I don't know how you'd get a nazotchi hopping around on your screen without debugging.
