Is there any way to delete your passport?

I'm a total tamatown newbie and I played on it once and now when I go back nothing works.

I have a passport, but every time I go back they give me a new one.

Then, every time I do anything I get an error message when I put in a code.

Is it because I forgot the username I put in when I got the passport? And, if so, is there any way for me to delete the passport I have and get a new one with a new username?

I bought a trip and then the code didn't even work for a souvenir.

I'm super bummed cause I can't do anything on the site.

Okay. Here's what happened. When you get an sovenier, you can't enter the password again, or it'll say error. And your username is on your tamas statis. And the trip code, you have to enter in tamatown travel agency, and then you get a password in there for a souviner. And tamatown is programmed to give you a passport everytime you enter, because some people might have the same username as you. And, once you have a souviner, you can't delete it(exept the parent takes the arcade gifts and the cell.).
