okay. i got some codes off the computer for my tamagotchi v4 i got a clone, honey, pen and a phone. i used the pen. then i was looking for something in my items the next day and the pen was still there! i used the clone and it was still there too! for the pen you can only use it once and for the clone you can use it once! i know its good that i can use it more than once but is it a glitch or somthing else??

It's completly normal. You can use the pen and clone more than once, it's not a glitch.

There probably referring to the pencil, because it's completley normal for the pen and clone to be reused.
