My v3 version has been acting strangely. Last night I replaced the battery and started it over from scratch, and this morning when I went downstairs to check on my tamagotchi everything seemed normal. But a few hours ago my tamagotchi started making groaning sounds, even when I turned the sound off. Its really loud. Also, my tamagotchi keeps saying its sick, and no matter how much I give it medicine, it still says its sick! I don't think I broke anything replacing the battery, because I was really careful with the replacement. Has this happened to anyone else?
Is this normal?

Try downloading it, if that doesn't work then it may be a glitch.
If dounloading does not work it wil most probubly be a glitch, try not to worry, as it might be only a temporerry problem.
