well... you obviously care enough about what your friends think to check if it is abnormal with us TamaTalkers

You should go with whatever music you enjoy listening to - don't try to conform with your friends music tastes if they are not the same as yours, and don't believe the friends who think you are weird because you don't like the same music as them...

You're entitled to your own opinion on music. (Just don't go calling your friends weird if they don't like the same music as you... )

There's isn't really a 'normal' for that. Some teens listen to Miley Cyrus, other listen to ACDC, others listen to rap, etc.
