it is harder to get than many other characters but it isnt rare

No, it is not rare. Only secret characters can be considered rare. I do admit I have never gotten one but I know they aren't rare unless you are a bad owner as Marumimitchi is a good character. But you can't be one of those or you wouldn't have got it.
