Is this tamagotchi shell/machine thingy limited?

No, as far as I'm aware, the only 'rare' bandai tamagotchi shell design is the 'Golden Tamagotchi'. :angry:

There was a contest for American's giving them a chance to win an exclusive golden tamagotchi.

They have defiantly sold for alot on ebay - some for over $100/£200!

All other bandai shell designs are equally made - it may just be that other people haven't chosen to buy the same design as you own.

No, it is not rare. When I was looking up tamagotchi to buy, it was on the list with all the basic ones. :huh:
