It won't enter the items...

When I go to TamaTown and when I get some items, the passwords won't work. The logout password works fine, but the items passwords don't. And I know I've entered the right numbers because I check them. I don't know what's happening. And I don't thinks it's the ball glitch because none of my items turned into balls. Somebody please help me. And this is for my v4.5 Tamagotchi.

edit: when I said items, I meant souvineers.

Probably.

It happend with my V.4 I couldn't put my item passwords in. I had to get out, so everything i had was gone! ;(
