Japanese Ocean Instructions

Does anyone have the instructions to the Japanese Ocean tamagotchi? I have figured out most everything from Ocean Tamagotchi (USA), but have not figured out lower left icon and how to turn on/off lights. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Try looking on tinkerville.com. Go to the list of "All Tamagotchis Bandai has ever created" and look for the Japanese Ocean. They'll give you a link to some instructions.
