Yes, it`s true. Mods have a lot of work and they`re busy. i`m not a mod though but all i can say is that when Jappx has time, he`ll talk to you. And just be paitent, when you need to talk to a mod or chat with someone, don`t post a topic telling a certain user that they need to talk.
