Hey everyone I was sitting on my bed and I was wondering do any of you know any Jump Rope cheers I know the basic ones but do you know any you can share?

Teddy Bear Teddy Bear turn off the light (Jump roper acts like turning of a switch light)

Jump(roper jumps * self explanitory*),

Twist(roper jumps, turns around and faces other spinner),

Run up the stairs( roper preteneds they are going up stairs)

Go to your room ( keep jumping)

and say your prayers( puts hands together)

dance dance ( roper does anything they want, must be like dancing. Example, )

Show me what your moves,

show me what you got ( both ^, do anything. Be creative!)

Say hi to your friend ( another roper jumps in and waves hand hello)

Now how many friends do you got? ( ropers and spinners begin counting starting at how many jumpers are already in. One more person would jump in each time. For example, there are two people jumping right now, when someone jumpes in, they say 3. Keep following until one jumper messes up.)
