Well, I'd have to talk to the person.

One person for the lives of millions lost in war? Sounds wonderful to me, but it would be awefully unfair for that person to loss their life at the hands of somebody else.

So I'd want to get to talk to the person and ask them how they'd feel about the scenerio first.

Because I don't see how there will be world peace. I mean, I love the fact that there will be no wars.

But I just can't see the smaller things--school bullies and such.
