When my tama was a teen, i was able to exercise it until it was 0 pounds. Is this normal? and if so, is it okay for a tama to weigh 0 pounds, or will it get sick or sumthin?

They can't weigh 0. It sounds like a glitch, but if your tama's acting fine, don't worry about it.
