Well, you need two tamagotch's, which are both adults, and have been for atleast 24+ hours.
If thats all okay, you must love eachother, by this, I mean in the friends list, your Tamagotchi must have 4 hearts, under the name of your other Tamagotchi, and vice versa.
Once that is all fine -
You must continually connect and connect the two Tamagotchi's together, be patient when doing this, it may take 2 days to happen.
On one connect, fireworks will come explode, and on both Tamagotchi screens, they will have a baby with the Adult.
If you dont have another Tamagotchi to connect with, you must do this via the matchmaker, the matchmaker comes at:

Once your Tamagotchi is 6-9 years old, (take a few, give a few) it will ask you for 'love' you reply 'yes'
the same process will happen
- Fireworks
- Your Tamagotchi will have a babytchi next to it, on the screen.
Note-
The babytchi will stay with the parent for a day or two.
