The matchmaker comes 3 days after your Tama turns into an adult at 10:30am, 3pm and 7pm. If your Tama is at the right age for the matchmaker to come set the time to one minute before any of the times she comes and wait a minute and the matchmaker should be there to give your Tama a mating partner.

If you have a V4 - Just to let you know, some people have been complaining of a Matchmaker glitch. Apparently, at the times the Matchmaker shows up, she only comes onto the screen for about 10 seconds and then disappears. So, if this is the case on your V4 (if you even have one), just use the trick GotchiGirl96 said.
