yes, it fills up one heart (i think). i like to think of them as secret valentines .

i'm not sure how many hearts they fill; my tama's hearts never go down so it doesn't really do anything

I get them all the time!! They don't do anything besides filling up like 1 heart or somthing. Nothing exciting.
