No it's not. You're talking about Tensiatchi, and also you need a combined 100 points from the other icons, which adds up to 450.

It seems like you will have a better chance of Getting the Mame group if you have Harutchi, and Puchitchi..

how can you get a 350 points when he's a toddler?!

theres only two games, jumping rope and mimic which the games give points randomly.
