So I listened to the whole Black Parade CD this morning (teacher in-service day, whatever that is) and realized that Black Parade is a little softer than their older stuff. Later the, I watched The Black Parade is Dead and noticed that they managed to make Welcome to The Black Parade really heavy. I thik that's a good thing. Later I went onto my phone and watched almost the whole concert I went to in April (I had a minuet of each song, plus all of Gerard's speaches and a couple of q-tips). I compared the songs to thoes on the cd and realized the editing made them sound alought softer. What do you think of this?

It's most likely the way they processed it. The Vernian Process songs sometimes are so soft that you have to turn the volume all the way up.

Or, it's Eyeball Records stepping in. You know how record companies are..
