My Forgotten Ver2 Is not Hatching...

I got some new batteries for my long-lost, now-found version 2. It was on the egg screen since last night and never did anything. I reset it about a half hour ago, instructions say 5 minutes. Should I just give up on him?

Were you sure to push the middle button and choose reset? before you push middle button and choose either download or reset the egg is just a symbol for "stand by screen" if you did i am sorry to not be able to help

You need to set the clock. It won't hatch without the clock being set.

Yup, you probably forgot to set the clock. And after that it'll hatch in about 2 minutes.
