My parent list disappeared

I'm on 3rd generation and one of my friends is on 4th generation and she said the parent died (passed away, she SAID she saw the oval with wings) and there is no history or parents. I'm afraid I'll lose all my info in parents and history!!!

Same here! I'm on my second and third Generation and I only viisited Sofie (second Generation) once! I thought it was a bug or something.
