My Tama is totally gone!

My tama keeps blanking off the page and going back to an egg so i have to down-load it over and over again, what is happening can someone pelase help, and it is not the batteries cause i just gave it batteries like 10 minutes ago, please help, i am totally and utererlly desperate.

Aha! I know what happened. You probally bumped the reset button, making it go under the plastic. It will keep being pressed down, making it reset. I reccomend to open it up and make it sucure.
