my tama isnt hatching?

i just got my first ever tamagotchi (its a v3 ^^) and my first tama died (may she rest in peace ... twix i love u !!) and then i reset and now ive been waiting for 2 days and it hasnt even hatched yet.. what do i do?? is it glitched or sumthing?? if it is what can i do to fix it?? help

ok you need to press button b then press reset enter the date and time and ur bday and it should hatch. if it doesnt then pm me

and it needs to be a possible time mine doent hatch when is 00:00 am
