my tama wont work

i just got a new tama gotchi yesterday and set up the account when i log in it says im still a guest and wont show my user id any idea?

Are you talking about a TamaTalk account? You have to activate the account first. Check the email you used to sign up with TamaTalk. If you don't see it in the inbox, sometimes it goes to spam.

If you go to the door icon, select 'PC', you'll be given a 14-digit login code that you'll need to enter once you log into your Music City account.

There should be a login button along the side-bar after you're logged in as a guest, enter it there.

Then, your Tamagotchi character should appear & you'll no longer be a guest. :]
