My tamagotchi is resetting itself!

When i select the infrared and press game to connect then suddenly there would be 2 options Download and Reset!What hapened!?This means my tama can't marry my brother's Mametchi!!Somebody help me!WHY IS MY TAMAGOTCHI RESETTING ITSELF!!!!?????

ok my 2 Bff's tama's are like that the tama's batterys are lose tape em!

But it only happens when i connect my tama

Your battery is almost low. (Connecting takes a lot of power.) Replace your battery with a new one, and everything should work properly again.
