My tamagotchi still can't pass the judge? Why does he keep failing auditions?

Well my tamas skill points are all at 999, he has practiced with his band at least 20 times, his stress is zero during all auditions, he went to school when he was a toddler and teenager, he is 1 generation, and has failed 3 auditions. It always the last judge that gives him an X. His music genre is jazz right now (it changes like crazy), and he plays a harp. His band members play a harp and head phones. He is star rank 999 and has 35,609 tama fans. How do I get more fans? What do I need to do? Thank you so much!!!
