Your tamagotchi has sadly died. Sorry, you can reset it by pressing A, hold A down, and press C. Hold them both down and then you will have a new egg on the screen.

While it's actually dying (lying on floor with skull above head), you can press the reset button, then download to save it. Once it's actually dead... No turning back. But you still have all the friends on your friends list, and sounvenir #1 - passport (if it's a V3). Put a post in Tamagotchi Memorial.

Sorry, Tama_J. Your Tamagotchi is dead. If you take good of your tama, It will never die. Despite popular opinion, When the Adult tama leaves, It joins the male in Tama-Town. It doesn't die! So really, Your tama will "Ne-ver" Die!
