My V4.5 wont enter "codes" at the shop

I need help...My Tamagotchi V4.5 won't enter codes at the shop...I push A then A again 3 times but it just beeps in error... Do I need to get another tamagotchi?

I am able to enter codes on my friends tamagotchi fine...

No, you don't need a new tamagotchi. Your item list, meal list, or snack list may be full. Delete or use some of your items and you should be able to ender the shop codes.

That makes total scense....I do have alot of food that they need to eat...I will try tomorrow because right now mine and her baby are sleeping...Thanks for the feedback
